Looking for a vibrator that fits into a smaller embedding space…

I have tried many toys but they either under stimulate or over stimulate. A medical professional told me that the exposed part of my clitoris is smaller than average and that even when aroused it is a little deep. I have a hard time finding a good vibrator. My best luck has been with the Rose but it sometimes leaves me numb. It is painful to use with your fingers if the pressure is too high. My best luck has been with oral sex which is why I think the Rose works for me. I also do well in the bathtub. I guess it has something to do with the constant pressure from the faucet. Any suggestions for a toy that would work well with this anatomy?
