Looking for a new, affordable male stroker with intense…

I’m cut so I’m not very sensitive. I’ve tried several strokers, but the internal texture often doesn’t cut it for me. I also need an intense stroker with an emphasis on glans stimulation as well (the most sensitive part). Must be affordable as well… Any suggestions? Thank you!
