Long-handled vibrator or hands-free vibrator?

My girlfriend recently got really bad carpal tunnel syndrome and can’t use her usual (very crappy) vibrator. I have very little experience with dildos or vibrators but I’d like to get her something better that will hopefully work better with her limited hand movements. Any advice would be really helpful 👍✌️
