Just bought antibacterial wipes for my toys so I can just wipe them down…

I marked this as “first toy” simply because these are my “first whips”. 😂 Up until now, I have always hand washed my toys. Today I was at Spencers with my fiancé and he bought me a butt plug for my birthday. (which I wanted, plus he bought me some other non-sex stuff 😊) At checkout, the lady checking us out asked if we had lube and cleanser. I told her I did have lube and that I was interested in the cleanser. She showed me the options and I chose the “Hot Love Antibacterial Toy Cleaning Whip”. A pack of 20 for $5. My question is: do I only use the whip when cleaning it? The instructions say “wipe surface, no rinsing”. But there is also a warning that says “for permanent use only”. Yes, I know what that means, but I still want to be 100% sure that I am not hurting myself or my toys. I’m relatively new to toy ownership (had a vibrator when I was 14, a dildo when I was about 17, another vibrator when I was 19, and now this one for my 20th birthday.)
