Isn’t a toy that can be held in the mouth a pacifier?

I’m still trying to figure out what exactly I want, but today I had an idea, I think I want something that I can put in my mouth for me to bite and suck on, like a pacifier, but have nothing to do with age play. I don’t think I wanted a gag because I didn’t want to feel restricted or have anything tied to my head. Is a pacifier my only option for something like this? If that’s the case, does anyone have any suggestions for pacifiers? These pacifiers are clearly not designed for age play and are more visually neutral?
