Is this safe to use?

Hi, I can’t get dildos where I live so I was looking for silicone toys for babies but I saw one a dog was chewing on that looked like a banana and was the perfect size, it looked rough though because it had little shapes around it that looked like brushes but they were also round and small so I don’t think they would cause harm. Is it too safe to put it inside me anyway? I know some materials are not meant to be put inside.
