She knows how to make her heart beat.
Renata Pereira, a 25-year-old fitness influencer, believes that dating someone with a similar mindset must be done – she found an ideal way to eliminate weak ones.
“How will a person keep up with my life if he can’t even keep up with me during the exercise?” The Stadium Bunny (citing Playboy Norway’s “perfect fitness standard”) told Needtoknow.
That’s why the workout miracle is all the first dates on the gym.
“I believe the best way to test compatibility with a potential partner is to do a strong exercise routine together,” Pereira said.
Many of her previous dates wouldn’t be too shocked – because she used to use fitness-centric dating apps to help her find someone with a similar lifestyle.
But even then, she was struggling to find a man who took training as seriously as she did.
“There was a time when I met a man who was already complaining about being tired during the warm-up. We hadn’t even started the hard part of the exercise, and he wanted to sit down and rest,” Pereira recalled.
“End, we went out for a meal, but I knew there wouldn’t be a second date.”
Another time, she arranged a training course for a potential date, and he claimed he had been working out for years – but after a few practices, it was obvious that he wasn’t as healthy as she thought.
He was quickly dizzy and had to sit down.
“I’m worried, but it’s also fun,” Pereira said.
“He realized he couldn’t keep up and even joked next time we should go out for a meal.”
But even dinner depends on her training schedule.

She maintains a highly controlled diet with a focus on lean protein, “strategic” carbohydrates and supplements to strengthen muscle definition.
“What I eat and how to train is not just a habit; they are part of my identity. It’s not a stage or temporary thing, it’s my life,” Pereira said.

“I’m involved in people who don’t share my daily activities, and for me, it’s a big difference.”
“I want someone with an active lifestyle to understand this dedication and share it with me.”
