I was pleasantly surprised by Fukena’s excellent customer service…

I bought a couple of the machines with funny names on Amazon this year and we are very happy with them. We love the way their product line is organized by size and all the specs are listed with photos. Despite careful use, cleaning and storage, several of the machines are starting to show small cracks, almost like they were scratched or cut. I sent an email to the address on the website and didn’t hold out much hope and received a personal email from the owner of the company with his cell phone number the same day. I texted them with the photos and he offered to refund my money which was so generous – I said I would be happy to replace if possible and he would ship them out tomorrow. Oh and all of these texts were sent after hours which I certainly wasn’t expecting. This service is much faster and more polite than if you called 911 for a real emergency! I know I sound like a scammer but I have no affiliation with his company and to be honest I don’t usually post anything nsfw with my reddit account but I wanted to let you all know how happy I am with their products and services. If you are reading this – thanks Dave!
