Just wondering how other people’s experiences with Lovehoney’s customer service have been – I contacted them two weeks ago about my order and never received a response, including the auto-response they claimed to have sent with a copy of the request I submitted. Now I have a new order with an opened, stained toy (I’m so grossed out!!), and I filled out their contact form again, but still no auto-message asking. I don’t even believe they will get back to me and I’m going to have to go through the damn refund process. (Before the typical reddit comments flood in: Yes, I checked my spam folder, multiple times. Yes, I entered my email correctly. Yes, my email works for everything else, including all promotions and “your order was received/shipped” emails from LH.) Update 29th August: They just got back to me saying that their toys aren’t all sealed because they’re trying to be eco-friendly (hmmmm…), but they certainly will never send out used toys, and they’ll throw away any toys that are returned to them. Well, they have a problem with the people in the warehouse who take money to do more than just pack up boxes! I have never received a toy in the mail from anywhere else that at least didn’t have a clear sticker on the edge of the box to seal it to prove it was new and unused. They are disgusting and I will not buy from them again. I am sad because they are a store I frequent.
