How does the vibration make you feel good?

I got a couple of first sex toys (bullet) to use it on my wife but she said that she doesn’t feel that much. I put them on the tip of my dick but I don’t feel much even with the high settings.

I did a bit of search and seems like a vibrator or vibration on their clits work well.

Should I try to buy different brand? Or difference types?
