How do y’all compare dildos to the real thing size wise?

My man and I aren’t going to have a lot of time together here for a bit, so obviously I want to get a dildo that’s matches close to his size. We haven’t actually measured his besides using a Tylenol bottle for girth reference. So I’m curious how does anyone else match it?
