Grinder Suggestions/Recommendations

Hi everyone! I’m (female) looking to get a grinder to use as stimulation while giving my partner oral sex. However, just by googling, most grinders I’ve found look pretty stimulating? I’m very sensitive and don’t like vibrations at all. Generally, I don’t use sex toys often for this reason. I’m hoping to find a grinder that has less texture and is more rounded.
