Found hair on my new sex toy…is this normal?

Hi everyone! I’m pretty new to this world so forgive me if the answer is obvious. I recently purchased a Zhang Xiao Yu male masturbator from Lovehoney (made of soft plastic) and I found a hair on the side of the masturbator itself – I reported this to them and they assured me that none of their products are reused and that the hair could have been stuck to static in any position, but that I could of course return it for a refund. I was about to send it back and today my replacement arrived and I opened it…only to find another hair, albeit smaller, in a similar position…is this normal? Should I only use one of them (after cleaning it thoroughly) or send both back? Edit: The product is sealed very tightly with many layers of plastic
