Find similar products to Flip 0 and Geo

So, I considered getting a toy like the tenga egg, but I found out that they are apparently only meant for single use. I looked into toys like the tenga geo and tenga flip zero, but I keep hearing people say that they aren’t very durable and wear out very easily; I don’t want to spend $30 buying the same toy over and over again on a regular basis. I’d prefer something that isn’t electric or uses batteries, something that’s manual. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
