Embarrassing bowel problem…

After using the plug for a day or two, is it normal to have a low-level but somewhat annoying urge to poop when there doesn’t seem to be a lot in it? While there didn’t seem to be blood/cracks/pain or anything scary, each bowel movement itself felt a little incomplete. Am I stressed out about having nothing to do?
