What is the “core”?
Dr. Debby Herbenick is an associate professor, leading sex researcher, and author of core exercises, explains Own The technical term for this phenomenon is movement-induced orgasm.
In her book, she points out that about 10% of people (regardless of age, gender, or fitness level) experience this phenomenon.
“They usually feel similar to orgasms in vaginal intercourse, but they tend to be more boring, more intense, and more harsh,” she said.
“They seem to continue until orgasm during sex. They come from a lot of movement that absorbs the core abdominal muscles.”
She notes that most people usually don’t feel the core feeling on the “third or fourth tightening or fourth tightening”, but when they are tired of the core muscles, it’s interesting that women are equally likely to happen, and for men.
Although the exact physiological mechanism remains a mystery, there are some exercises that may help increase the chance of arousal during exercise.
These include sit-ups, leg lifts, knee lifts, hip thrust, squats and hanging straight leg lifts. Healthline.
For men, sit-ups, weightlifting, climbing, pull-ups and bulges may solve the problem.
