The temptation of the mob No time draws readers directly into the Ferrante family chaos, starting with Allegra and her crew kidnapped Bonnie and her good friend Kelley, right in the middle of their transfer in a quirky little bookstore. The lively, understatement joke between Bonnie and Allegra quickly ignites the spark and keeps burning. The entire cast is very good, strong, heartfelt connection (whether it’s Bonnie and her friends, her two great dads, or Allegra and Lorenzo) are filled with heart and depth for the story.

Most importantly, a vivid description of the Sicily countryside makes it easy to see why this place means too big for Allegra and her family. The scenery actually jumps out of the page, wrapping you around sunny hills and charming old-fashioned world vibes – it’s impossible not to fall.

Professionals and my favorite part

Don’t let Bonnie’s book, the cat-like atmosphere fool you-her stripes are a mile wide. She was hot, stubborn, and was very willing to have some nervous showdowns with Allegra toes with Allegra, which made me (and Allegra) very respectful. The Bonnie fire constantly clashes with Allegra’s need for control, and whenever those two square feet you feel control begin to slip, a silly giggle and clever remark.

Allegra may be the head of the Ferrante family – with their arrival, ruthless, cruel and fiery – but she is more important than the mob boss’s exterior walls. It was Bonnie’s fierce spirit and unshakable stubbornness that broke the walls of Allegra, making room for the real thing. Their chemistry is not on the chart; every time the scene is shared, the spark almost flies out of the page.

The Mafia world is carefully crafted to keep it up in vain and dangerous, keeping the reader on his toe attitude – but these heavier moments are completely balanced with the sly, quirks and keen humor between the characters. The push and pull between tension and charm make the story addictive from beginning to end.

Chemistry, the coming danger puts you on the edge, and the character (and all its quirks, flaws, and intense loyalty) makes it impossible to be incompletely devoted.

Whether you’re doing shocking romances, suspenseful twists or laughing dramas here, this story is available in every way. It’s a heartfelt, fast-paced, completely addictive reading that will make you wish to write one more chapter.

A woman in all black dressed with platinum yellow hair slipped back into the tightest bread I’ve ever seen, standing and staring at Kelly and me. Think of the word “deafening silence”. It seems like the world outside the store has been muted, and the only thing that is registered is the rich atmosphere created by these people.

“Will I help?” I asked again, my voice fortunately staying steady.

The blonde slowly dragged her sunglasses out of her face. I met amazing eyes. One blue and one green. Jesus, she is like one of the thousands of books I have read.

“Bonnie Mooreside?” Her voice was rich and profound. Her accent, I think, is Italian.

Straighten my back and pull myself into all my five feet and four inches. “It’s me,” I replied, and then raised myself. Why am I just willing to identify myself to a stranger who looks like she can break my neck with a flick of her wrist?

Her eyes were slightly squinted, roaming the upper half of my body. I’m sure she would sweep the entire sweep if the cashier wasn’t on the road.

“I’ve been looking for you.”
