For a recovering sex or porn addict, the easiest way to provide services in a 12-step meeting is to speak up and share his or her experience, strength, and hope with others present. On days when we are unable to provide services, there are other ways to provide services. Setting up chairs, making coffee, handing out materials, and other simple tasks are the backbone of every meeting. But these tasks are far less important than a smile, which can help another recovering addict feel welcome and appreciated.
