Around 42% of participants turned to third-party messaging apps like WhatsApp to appease all mobile phone users and chat with friends without any judgment.
However, with Apple about to release iOS 18, this may be a thing of the past. The update is expected to resolve some cross-platform communication issues. No more blurry images or missing read receipts.
