Anal Cleansing Gel - A Brutally Honest Product Review by Satu

First, I have have no idea There are things like anal gels – anything other than toilet paper and a shower is something a doctor would recommend.

But apparently, it works — and I tried it for a week. Read on to find out if it’s worth it.

Disclosure: Satu Laboratories provided me with a free sample in exchange for an honest review.

Using anal gel

I use this gel diligently every time I go to the bathroom.

But honestly, I can’t say there is a noticeable difference before and after long term use of this product.

However, I did notice some immediate benefits during use.

how?

Get ready for TMI…

I don’t have a problem with my underwear smelling (which is one of their advertised benefits) because I rub too hard and too much. This can make my underwear a little stingy… and itchy – I really hate that feeling. The gel actually helps alleviate that feeling. It also reduces the need for scrubbing because it’s already so good at removing the… um… residue.

I can definitely see this being something people could use before engaging in any oral and anal sex (on top of their usual cleansing regimen).

Things I like

  • It’s a much better alternative to wet wipes – which just waste more packaging and product. It’s also eco-friendly, Harmless to marine life. And it won’t clog the pipes.

edit: Upon closer inspection, I now wonder if all the questionable ingredients present in this product are really safe for marine life.

  • As someone who lives in a hot climate, I understand that sweat and odor can get everywhere, so it’s always good to do a little to combat fart odor.
  • I also know that rough toilet paper and vigorous wiping can cause anal abrasions or even worse, so a gentle approach to anal hygiene is beneficial.
  • They come in two versions, one for more “sensitive” skin.

Things I don’t like

  • Plastic bottles – with glass, it’s closer to the environmentally friendly product they were hoping for.
  • There were a few ingredients that made me stop and think. I seek clarification But no response yet.
  • Ingredients with an *asterisk (see below) are the ingredients I inquired about.

in conclusion

While I don’t think I would go out of my way to buy more, I can understand others would or need to do so. However, my biggest concern is the formulation. Many cosmetics and beauty additives say “a small amount” is fine, but when we use many Products with these features… well…

I know there are safer alternatives to “suspicious” and”avoid” additives in the ingredients. Until then, I would not recommend it and suggest sticking with good, conventional water.

In fact, you can mix 1 cup of aloe vera gel with 1 drop of tea tree oil and 1 drop of eucalyptus oil And have something that does the same thing but is more natural.
