About cleaning

Not sure why I can only find ads and no direct info, so sorry if this is a poorly asked question. I’ve been buying toys online for years now because of my newfound interest in prostate play, and I’ve always bought brand name cleaners because the sites always say to use soap and water, but I worry if that means hand sanitizer, dish soap, regular detergent, etc, so I just buy (relatively expensive) sex toy cleaners. All my toys are silicone, and most are used for anal sex, and I don’t want to mess it up with the wrong chemicals. What do you guys use? Thanks
