Work Step 2-Sexual and Rehabilitation

As sexual and porn addicts, we fool ourselves believe that we don’t need help.

Step 2 of work 2 (believe that greater power than ourselves will restore us to the power of reason) is vital to recover our recovery because it prepares for us for a long -term solution. It introduced us to this idea, that is, if we want to build and keep awake, we must accept external assistance and guidance. We tried it ourselves and we couldn’t keep awake, so now we will have to rely on something bigger than ourselves. If we imagine that traditional God or religion is “greater than us”, then it is fine. If not, we can consider the group of 12 steps and other people who support us to recover.
