Reasonably sized and realistic dildo

I (30F) was looking for a super realistic dildo with a strap that wasn’t too big. All the sex shops I go to have 7 inch ones, which are too big for me. Or they are 5 inches and super thick and my little girl can’t handle them either. My partner and I bought a 5 inch which was faster (I could probably make it a little longer) but it was too stiff/dense. I have read that double density dildos are supposed to be more realistic but I have no experience with them and I feel like I might have too high expectations, but hopefully not, if you guys have some helpful advice for my sex life please let me know, thank you.
