What is the best vibrating butt plug to use during PIV?

My partner loves using a vibrating plug during sex, but he has trouble keeping it in during PIV, and if he’s on top he has to constantly grip or adjust his position to keep it from falling out. He’s tried a few but can’t go too big (and doesn’t want to go up a size), but the one he’s using the most right now is the We-Vibe Vector – he likes the vibration and the shape of the base, but even with adjusting the angle of the head he can’t keep it in unless he’s sitting or lying down.
