Find toys for licking frenulums

Hi everyone, I’m looking to buy a new toy that’s specifically for licking the frenulum. I’m not opposed to using toys designed for women as long as they get the job done. I’ve tried various automatic strokers with tongues, and while they feel good, I’ve yet to find one that only licks; I’ve only used ones that stroke/twist with a tongue on the end. I live in the US and don’t have a budget for it. Any advice would be great! Thanks!
