The dildo is too hard and too big

When I have sex with people who have penises, I don’t have any issues with size. But dildos all seem to be too big, especially too hard. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have a silicone dildo that looks like the real thing, but this one is a bit softer but also pretty big. It also makes weird noises and moves weirdly. My smaller dildo is too hard and it hurts. Anyone else have this problem? Lube doesn’t really help and sometimes I even bleed after using it. I also have very strong muscles down there, maybe that’s my problem. I love air pressure toys, I also bought the Rose and it’s awesome, but sometimes, I need something else.
