Is there a noticable difference between TPE and TPR toys?

I’m pretty new to this “hobby” and I have been seeing masturbaters with both TPE material and TPR. My question is, what’s the difference? Google searches only show me the differences for non-sex toy items such as medical equipment, etc.

So, is one better than the other, or are they both pretty much the same?
