Tabletop Penis Toy I can thrust into

I am getting tired of handheld toys and I really want to explore the idea of a toy that can simply be placed on a flat surface and thrusted into.

I have seen a few things such as torso dolls and of course Fleshlight attachments (shower mount, liberator furniture, etc) but I am interested in finding some other options, preferably items that are very easy to clean and discreet.

Like imagine a silicone block with a hole I can place on the counter, thrust into, finish in, wash in the shower, then store discreetly.
