Is this wand loud?

I’m considering the lovehoney deluxe mini in the link here:

Problem is I live with other people and don’t exactly want to give away that I’m using a vibrator in the next room (my bedroom is between two others) otherwise I would probably just buy the mains powered one. I’ve owned other vibrating sex toys but they were barely a buzz and didn’t really work very well on me compared to my old faithful dildo.
