Pubic hair removal is not a new practice among women. In fact, we have reason to believe that women have been removing at least some of their hair “down there” since the time of the ancient Greeks and Egyptians. However, media portrayals suggest that this trend has escalated considerably in recent years and that most women are now opting for the “full Brazilian” or “Hollywood Wax” (i.e., total removal of all pubic hair, including the buttocks). But is this really the case? Check out the infographic below for a reality check on modern women’s pubic hair removal practices.
