Women prefer kind behaviors rather than affirmative words

They say action is better than words, especially for women.

A new study published in evolutionary psychology found that women prefer small service behaviors (such as helping to help with housework or cooking) such as “I love you” or “I love you”, such as “I love you” or “I am here for you” than men.

These simple behaviors are sometimes overlooked in today’s weird dating world and may be more profound than sweet conversations, especially in the early stages of dating.

The study, which involved more than 500 heterosexual adults in China, used a series of experiments to compare people’s reactions to sweet words – like saying “I miss you” instead of sweet actions, such as cooking dishes or running.

Although physical checkboxes like Job, appearance, height are something people are looking for, especially on dating apps – in which case the gender varies, women are looking for signs that potential suitors are reliable and “willing to invest in this relationship”.

As PSY Post explains, men have been focusing on “direct emotions or sexual interests.”

Based on the evidence found in all three experiments, the researchers found that women view “action-oriented” partners as warm, more trustworthy partners.

Either way, men show no strong preference, and some even tend toward sweet words.

The researchers say the difference may depend on how men and women evaluate the potential of long-term relationships.

Although the action has gone a long way, another thing women have to look for when dating is whether the man they see is a mentally ill person.

“When I was doing my research in the fields of dating apps and social media, I delved into the theoretical explanations of our behavior,” Fres said. “Because personality is behavioral tendencies, I do wonder: Why isn’t anyone getting involved in the most obvious elements of dating apps?”
