Wife caught cheating using supermarket rewards scheme

An Australian private investigator has shared details of one of the “craziest” cases she worked on involving her cheating husband.

In a TikTok video, Kass explained: “My client, the wife, wanted to know how her husband cheated on her. We were pretty sure he was up to something.”

The couple live in Queensland, but her husband often travels to New South Wales to visit family – something he rarely did before.

Initially, the wife checked their joint bank account.

She found deals at a grocery store in Australia called Coles and a hardware store called Bunnings, but because no specific locations were attached, she couldn’t prove anything.

Kass suggested she check if they had any joint rewards accounts, such as Daily Rewards or Flybuys.

They have a Flybuys account, so they open the app and it shows all the transactions.

Purchases from Coles and Bunnings listed the suburb where each store was located, and it turned out they were located in the Queensland suburb where the husband’s ex-girlfriend lived.

Cass joked in her TikTok caption, “$10 off your store, but divorce is expensive.”

After finding no evidence in their joint bank account, the wife began looking for other ways he might have cheated. Reuters

Kass runs Venus Investigations, a female-run investigation company that provides services such as background checks, ground mobile monitoring, social media and dating in-depth investigations to help women feel empowered in their love lives.

In the comments section, viewers shared their own stories of discovering their partner’s secrets.

“Done! Mine looks like this too,” one woman said.

“Hopefully she can keep her score,” joked another.

“The most humble cheat app,” quipped a third commenter.

“LinkedIn account caught my ex cheating,” another person mentioned, referring to their joint electronic tag account.

“While I was looking for deals on my Everyday Rewards account, I discovered that my now ex-husband purchased condoms and children’s products at Big W. We don’t have kids,” someone else shared.

In another TikTok video, Kass shared tips for catching a cheating partner by simply asking for access to their phone.

First, tell them your phone is out of battery and ask to borrow theirs. Most of the time, they will hand it over willingly because they may have deleted any incriminating messages.

But when you’re using their phone to compose a new message, Kass recommends pressing the emoji button so you can see the emojis they’ve used recently.

In one case she mentioned, a woman discovered that her partner had just used the eggplant emoji, which typically represents a penis, even though he had never sent her an emoji before.
