Boundaries represent consciousness, know what restrictions are, and then respect those restrictions.
When implemented correctly, the boundaries of health promote healthy relationships, healthy intimacy, trust and relationship security. At the same time, they can prevent getting stuck, implement bad behavior, and unfounded attempts to control. Healthy boundaries protect us from the adverse behaviors of others, which sometimes involve them. Through healthy boundaries, we can build and maintain mutually beneficial connections. This is what Dr. Rob Weiss said produce– A tight interdependent tracking relationship, one’s strengths fill the weaknesses of another, and vice versa, this mutual support will automatically occur, without doubt, without trampling boundaries.
