“White Lotus” star Lukas gage

Lukas Gage is opening up about how he is being cheated has changed his way of sexual health.

The “White Lotus” star frankly said in a sit-down frank post that despite his partner giving him one, but two sexually transmitted infections, despite their exclusive status.

“It’s a double blow,” said Gage, 30. “It’s not that I’m against monogamy, it’s not talking about it.”

Now, the “Partner” actor is tasked with attracting attention through his first memoir, I write this article, which will be released on October 14.

In this book, Gage dives into the experience—and his upbringing in a “broken” family, rising to stars, and struggling with sexual, addiction and mental health.

“The book is original, provocative, chaotic, and – dare I say – debauchery,” said writer Colleen Hoover.

Double trouble

Gage has always been proactive about his health – whether it’s exercise, diet or treatment.

When he was single, he was often tested for sexually transmitted infections. But once he thought he was in a monogamy relationship, the habit fell off.

So it was a “surprise” when he started to show symptoms that could only come from his partner under the belt.

“It really frightened me and sent me into a spiral,” the “Euphoria” actor said.

When Gage faced his partner, he denied quitting the relationship and passed a transmission infection.

“He insisted on lies very much until I went to the doctor and once I pulled my pants down I laughed at me and said, ‘It’s a STD.”

It turned out that he actually had two types of infections.

Fortunately, both are treatable. However, this experience has allowed Gage to “do whatever he can, whether I’m in a relationship or not.”

“Some situations really made me more cautious,” he said. “Since then, I’ve been consistent with the three-month rule, even regardless of the status of the relationship.”

Experts recommend a STI test for anyone with new or multiple partners. But Gage suggests that even monogamous people should be tested from time to time.

“It doesn’t matter whether you’re single or in a relationship, it doesn’t matter somewhere in between,” he said. “I think having this awareness and protection, that knowledge is the way we don’t have to live in fear and anxiety.”

Gage’s daily defense dose

Aside from regular testing, the star now prepares every day and incorporates it into his morning routine with a cup of coffee, vitamins and exercise.

PREP is available to anyone without HIV sexual activity, but the CDC specifically recommends people with anal or vaginal sex in the past six months,

• Diagnosed with STIs in the past six months

“It helped me not have to stand out and become so scared,” said Gage, who works with Gilead to promote the company’s health.

When following the prescription as an example, Prep reduces the risk of HIV by gender by about 99%. However, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), only 36% of people can benefit from the drug.

“The misunderstanding of Prep is that if you accept it, it means you’re reckless about yourself, sex life, and it’s free for everyone – I don’t think that’s right. I think the opposite is true,” Gage said.

“I think it’s cautious, cautious, and it feels like I have ownership,” the “Smile 2” actor said.

Looking back at your own STI panic, Gage says that even if you mess it up, it is crucial to keep your sexual health transparent.

He admitted: “No one is perfect. People make mistakes. I am also a liar.”

“I think the most important thing is to tell the truth about it and it’s coming,” Gage said.
