What’s the best toy under budget

(No judgement) I’m 24 F, never used a sex toy and have never orgasmed. Need something that won’t leave me broke as a first toy but will get the job done. I did a bit of research and I think Satisfyer and Magic Wand are on top for a lot of people but it would be great if I can get personal experiences.
