What are my options? Missing package

I ordered a sex toy from Calexotics a couple weeks ago. The tracking says it was delivered last week, but I never received it. FedEx took a picture of it on my neighbors doorstep. I talked to the neighbors, they never got anything with my name on it. Spoke with FedEx, there’s nothing they can do except tell me to file a claim. I tried on their website, only the shipper can file a claim for this tracking number. I spoke to Calexotics and they said they’re not responsible for missing packages. I haven’t heard back if the manager will send me a replacement.

What can I do if they don’t? Am I just out $50? WTF
