Welcome to read my in-depth review Bare Backstreets, an adult game developed by Jasonafex (You may have heard of “Passionate“). If you’re looking for an experience that combines engaging gameplay with thrilling adult content, this arcade-style game might be just what you’re looking for.

But it’s important to get all the facts first.

What are “Bare Backstreets”?

At first glance, the game looks like a typical Side-scrolling, fighting adventure – In the same style as Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat.

But nowadays many games pursue a retro pixelated feel. The studio refined its previous projects to create a clean, hand-drawn animation style. This makes the game look very unique, kind of like a mix of a psychopathic furry from a comic book and an old-school cartoon, while still retaining the action that you’d expect from an arcade experience like this.

I personally love the look of this game. It’s refreshing to see a studio put so much care into its product visuals – right down to the style background.

As for the storyline, here’s what the company said…

After a treasure hunter’s scramble, a priceless amulet shatters and, as if enchanted, wisps of its essence dance through the air and spread across the city skyline. The spirit of Venus, the goddess of fertility, has reawakened, making you and your friends irresistible.

So, the premise of the game is that the amulet makes you irresistible (to a dangerous degree), and your job is to fight off your enemies as best you can before they mount you and unleash their magic on you. But it’s worth noting that your character enjoys this experience immensely.

I think by now you should know that if you don’t like X-rated computer games, then the whole thing is a huge “scam” to you. Otherwise, keep reading!

Bare Backstreets Demo, Details and Development

As of this writing, the game is still in development and should be out in the summer of 2003. But they are doing something I have never seen any other game maker do. They Track their progress visually with a meter bar, and support through their social media posts and proof of gameplay. This means they continue to monitor their progress and keep fans updated in a very transparent way.

After that Patreon website, The price is very reasonable compared to some I’ve seen in the past With other games (definitely professional).

All permissions allow you to access the game, but higher tears will unlock more content – such as additional playable characters, additional NSFW animations, enemies, voting for upcoming events (such as characters and stages). Super levels allow you to input what the game is designed to do, or set up enemies based on what you input in the game (with the highest level if I understand correctly) as a full-fledged enemy with full animations.

As for the demo (You can find the latest version here), It looks like a complete project already. This is great, because any gamer knows how frustrating it is when too many games are released in draft stage.

The main screen, where you can select your character, It’s well designed and very intuitive. You don’t have to think too much about what buttons to press. The only “downside” I found was how to proceed. There’s no “play” button like I’m used to. Instead, you just tap on the character’s on-screen portrait.

I will say that I had trouble loading the game, but that’s only because my computer is older than Stonehenge. But my old computer still has enough juice left for me to see what’s going on. I promise I’ll update my “Game Experience” section when I upgrade or have the opportunity to play on a better platform.

All I can say is that the basic moves are as you’d expect, with some special moves available with just a little fiddling.

I did find a few other interesting things about this game though…

• Each character has his own play style And intimate actions You have to discover them
• Each level will give you something different, and As you progress, resisting the amulet curse becomes increasingly difficult

• you have one 360° Areas of Concernenemies can attack from above, below, left, or right
• Some enemies will use their own strength, others will try to trick you
• have Uncommon and rare items available
• You can turn on “clean mode” to remove all content that is not suitable for work environments.

Bare Backstreets and Lovense Sex Toys

If you haven’t browsed the Lovense website, or haven’t visited it at all, you may not know There is a dedicated section for adult/porn games that can be synced with their toys. So when a hot scene comes up, the toy reacts accordingly.

The exact response depends on the game mechanics (obviously). So some games will have longer sex scenes and therefore longer interactive porn experiences.

I would classify Bare Backstreets as a very provocative and exciting game. If you choose to use the Lovense toys. But maybe in later stages, when enemies are stronger and you have to resist longer, they will become less of a tease and more satisfying? But we won’t know until the game is released.

Normally, I would recommend any toy you like. But for this game you absolutely need a hands-free toy. For example, Lush 3, Gush, Hush 2, Edge2Ferry, etc. Because your hands are too busy on the keyboard to fiddle with your sex toys… unless you really want to lose the game, you know, on purpose.

Bare Backstreet Final Thoughts

I know a lot of us gamers are tired of other studios releasing crap games and then fixing them. But Just one glance at a few pages and a sneak peek at the demo shows that a lot of effort went into this game. The developers spent a lot of time, improved their skills, and put a lot of effort into Bare Backstreets.

I will definitely be purchasing this game myself rather than using a tester’s game key. That’s saying a lot.

I think it’s obvious by now that I highly recommend this game. Do you need Lovense sex toys to play this game? Of course not. This game is 100% playable even without them. But having a toy gives you interactive content that makes the game even more exciting.
