Trying to find handheld thrusting toy that isn’t a scam

I’ve been looking everywhere for a handheld toy that makes a thrusting motion, it doesn’t necessarily have to vibrate (although that’s welcome too), I just wanted it to move in and out. Every one I find is either not a high quality brand (so likely to break quickly) or not reputable at all and likely a scam entirely.

Does this really exist or should I just be looking into sex machines? I was hoping to get a similar motion from something a bit more portable.
If anyone has had experience with what I am describing, how long have you had the product for? What brand? And does it come with a warranty?

I was hoping some high quality luxury brand I can actually trust would have made a smallish thrusting toy. I’ve looked high and low and found it only where it’s really low unfortunately.
