Trusted Philippine sex shops?

Been trying to find a particular kind of sex toy, failed. Hoping some of you would know
Toy I’m looking for is a urethra plug..
3 to 4 inches or shorter, silicon or stainless steel (silicone preferred) hollow, long tapered tip (<8mn tip to easily get it in), and 10-11mm or more at the end.

Someone recommended I’d use soft silicone plugs for that constantly expanding feel, and for that ease of insertion, however, I can’t find anything like that in any online sex shops in PH.

I can get 10 in no problem, but the rod I have has a very blunt tip. It goes from zero to 11mm in less than a millimeter in length, extremely difficult to put it in.
Goal is to expand the tip so I could use my 11mm sounding rod. Brought it a long time ago but have never used it, not even once.
Hoping some of you may help, it’s too hard to dedicate time and effort into stretching my hole in this economy hahaha 😭
