This housewife is putting the “holy” in “holy matrimony.”

He didn’t create the heavens and the earth, or part the Red Sea—but that doesn’t stop the traditional wife from worshiping her husband like a “god.”

Opponents, however, considered her devoted discipleship a crime against feminism.

“I firmly believe that if your man provides and protects, you take care of him like a god!” insists a submissive siren (digitized as @CookingWithHX) in the controversial video. “I do worship the ground my man walks on.”

She went on to list the Ten Commandments of being a housewife, revealing the hard, back-breaking work she did to please the king.

Marriage slaves are not alone.

Seeing the groom as an idol is a common characteristic of those super-submissive, self-made “traditional wives”. They are married women who gave up full-time jobs to craft their own happy lives as traditional housewives.

A-list celebrities, including Nara Smith and Hannah Neeleman, have turned anti-professional lifestyles into online careers, teaching their respective millions of followers the benefits of barefoot and pregnant maids for their husbands.

@CookingWithHx has clearly drank the Kool-Aid.

“Woke up at 7:00 a.m. to make sure the house was spotless and that his honor uniform was ready when he woke up,” she wrote in one of her first words of affection for her beau.

“After I clean the whole house, I make myself presentable,” adds the tradition fanatic, “eyelashes, hair, and then get dressed for the day.”

After a morning of grooming, the dutiful domestic heroine would thoroughly clean her entire residence every day, iron her husband’s clothes, greet him at the front door with hot drinks and a hot home-cooked meal – even when she was sick – and repeatedly remind her owner that she loved him.

“I make my home a loving home filled with peace and happiness, a good meal, real love and affection,” she wrote in the viral video. “He protects and provides.”

But even the all-powerful man of action couldn’t protect her from the wrath of social media.

“This is my nightmare,” shouted one commenter, whose sentiments were echoed by another skeptic, who wrote: “May I never be found in this life.”

“What was the 1950s?” asked an equally unimpressed onlooker.

“What form of self-punishment? [this]? asked another.

Several rejected housewives also join in to reveal the dark side of traditional wife life.

“Everything I do and more is for [my husband for] It has been more than 20 years since I discovered that I had been having an affair for 5 years. Do less for him, no one deserves this,” one betrayed bride urged.

“I’ve been doing this for 23 years. He just told me he wanted a divorce,” another admitted. “I have no savings, no job. I’m screwed!”
