TPE sexdoll torso care/cleanup question.

I just found out how unstable TPE is, and have a quick question, If I don’t use the doll at all for sex and stuff, how often should I do it’s routine cleanup? (including the orifices) I know since it is pourus It will never be totally clean and stuff, but to make sure it doesn’t fall apart soon.

(sorry for the bad english btw, I’m not very good at it)

(I have it stored in a sealed box surrounded with clean whites clothes)
