Tired of PVC toy ads on sex toy websites. roar….
So, my sex toy journey started two years ago and since then I have tried a lot of different toys. Lately, though, I’ve started paying more attention to what sex toys are made of and which ones are safe. Previously, I thought websites had to sell safety toys (common sense???)…well, no. I saw too many PVC, jelly, and soft plastic toys. I owned a PVC dildo and a bunny and had no idea it was unsafe and guess what? Yeast infection after yeast infection I now suspect comes from unsafe body materials. A word of caution for those looking to buy sex toys: check the materials and make sure it’s a reliable sex toy store. I purchased from Lovehoney and Ann Summers, both of which are supposed to be reputable stores. Sometimes, however, they don’t mention the material or claim it’s soft plastic, which is unsafe. Look for silicone materials. Make sure it is body safe and safe to use.
