The best male masturbator?

Hi, I’d like to get some recommendations for male masturbators. Ideally, I’d like it to be easy to clean and at least 7.5 inches insertable. I have no particular preference as to whether it’s battery powered, but if it is, I’d like it to be nearly silent. If it’s visually appealing, that’s a plus, too. I really like the look of anal + vaginal masturbators, but they usually seem big and heavy, and I’ve never seen one with a double opening, so I assume cleaning would be complicated. I’ve read that for easier cleaning, it’s better to get one with openings on both ends, or one that opens completely?
