Tenga Flip EV

Got a few Tenga EV; which I enjoy – but they all die due to corrosion on the battery side (only on one pole). Starts by turning green and then it just falls away. Only use water based lube and clean up after. Even taken to using anti-corrosion spray made for food industry. Anyone else have this experience? What do you do for a correction to make last longer? Thanks for the help!
