Strike a JoJo character pose in these Mayla shoes

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is an anime known for many things, including its incredibly stylish characters. In a new collaboration with anime clothing brand Mayla, you can now style the catwalk like the JoJo protagonist.

Fashionable golden shoes

This shoe is inspired by JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Windwhich is the fifth instalment in the JoJo series. There are seven pairs of heels in total, each representing a character from the show. The shoes themselves are specially designed so you can feel the aura of each character on your feet. There are two styles to choose from, one with a bow, which is the ultimate statement piece, and one without the bow, which has a slightly more understated look.

Each shoe has a symbolic meaning from each character’s costume on the upper. For example, the pink Trisha Una shoe has a checkered pendant with math symbols on it, the same pattern on her skirt. The insole has a unique JoJo original logo designed by Mayla, and the color also represents the character, which is really attention to detail.

These shoes don’t come in your average shoe box. They’ll come in a limited edition box with an intricate design on the front that accurately captures the vibe and spirit of Golden Wind. You’ll also be able to fully open the top of the box to see all seven characters from this collaboration. As an added bonus, fans will also receive a Polaroid-style card that corresponds to the shoe of your choice.

Each pair of JoJo shoes costs approximately 28,160 yen without the arch, and 30,800 yen with the full shoe. These shoes are currently available for pre-order at Ai Taijiu Temple website.
