Start creating a review site

My partner (F31) (M36) and I are planning to create a site dedicated to reviews of the more “niche” sex toys – things like E-Stims, milking machines, sounds, vaginal pumps, BDSM bondage, etc. Does anyone here know how to work with brands/distributors to set up a steady pipeline of review samples? We are based in the UK.
