Smells like a new adventure fragrance destined to be Digimon

There are countless interesting anime collaborations in Japan, especially when it comes to merchandise. Digimon Adventure While the Digimon series is far from the first anime to enter our olfactory senses, we think this could be one of the most interesting collaborations to date. A Digimon-themed fragrance is just in time to mark the 25th anniversary of the anime series.

A Digimon scent for any occasion

Eight different fragrances make up the entire fragrance collection, with each bottle representing a DigiDestined child. Not only are the bottles or packaging reminiscent of the characters, the actual scents have also been carefully considered to mimic their attributes. For example, Yagami Taichi’s fragrance has fresh, fruity notes of mango and white musk, reminiscent of his cheerful and lively personality. The calm and composed Ishida Yamato’s fragrance has calming scents of jasmine and lemon with a long aftertaste, perfect for highlighting his lone wolf side.

As for Takeshi Takaishi, also known as “TK,” his fragrance has floral notes that represent his growth into a strong-willed and independent spirit. Fans of Patamon and his partner can also look forward to notes of peony, freesia, pomegranate, and ylang-ylang. Our personal favorite is Tachikawa Mimi’s fragrance, which has pleasant notes of wild jasmine, honeysuckle, and passion fruit, representing her kind personality.

Where can I buy Digimon perfume?

The perfume will be officially Digimon Adventure Exhibition. All bottles are limited to 50 ml and are priced at 4,620 yen (tax included) each. The event will be held at Sunshine City Messe C in Ikebukuro, and full event details are below.
