Should I wear a condom with a silicone dildo?

I’m male and I took a dildo to try anal sex and I saw some people say that condoms should be worn over them. The main reason is that microplastics can get into your body, but I haven’t found much information on how much this has to do with silicone. I figured as long as I cleaned well before and after it would be fine, right?
