Should I buy some toys?

So, I have ADHD and obviously take medication for it. Unfortunately one of the side effects is that I have a raging sex drive most of the time and end up needing to masturbate to release it. But I’ve noticed that just handjobs don’t work anymore (sometimes it takes me over an hour to orgasm) and I also want to stop watching porn because it’s not helping my mental health. Do you guys think I should buy some toys? What kind? One more thing, if I end up buying some I need to figure out a way to keep them from my parents
