At P.S. EDEN, we prioritize your personal privacy and take special care to ensure discreet packaging. Your order will be packed in nondescript envelopes and boxes, resembling everyday mail or packages. The external packaging will only display your mailing address and ours, without any mention of “P.S. EDEN.”

International Shipping Information:

For now, we only provide shipping services to the USA only. During the checkout process, you will have visibility into the specific shipping rates applicable to your order. Please be aware that any duties, customs, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Orders will only be shipped once payment is received.

Standard Delivery:

We utilize the services of the United States Postal Service for FREE Standard Shipping to the USA only. This standard shipping ensures delivery to the continental United States in 7-13 business days after your order is dispatched. Kindly note that this method is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam, or APO/FPO addresses. Please be advised that duties and taxes may be applicable upon receipt. Our standard delivery service provides door-to-door tracking for your convenience.

The Estimated Delivery Time = Order handling time + Transit time

Order handling time is the number of business days needed to process an order before it ships, it usually takes 1-2 business days (non-holidays).
Transit time is the number of business days it takes for a carrier to deliver a package once it’s picked up from our facility.

Backordered Items & Shipping Policies:

In the event that one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately at a later date using our standard shipping method. Rest assured, you will not be charged extra for this. However, please note that free or backordered items cannot be shipped via express mail. If you select an express delivery option and none of the items in your order were shipped using that method, we will promptly refund you the difference.

How to track an order

Tracking details are available on your account. Log in to your account and click on your most recent order number in your order history. Your tracking number and link will be on top of your order details.
